Communications planning
Hewlett Packard is a major player in the ICT sector and, as such, serves some major clients. For one of these clients, HP has taken on a new role as prime applications vendor in an environment previously characterised by multiple applications and vendors.
Aspire was asked on to the HP team to rapidly prepare a communications plan that could identify key audiences and issues; we then charted a programme of messages and communication mechanisms that dovetailed into the wider programme.
